Hi! I'm Sam and I am the founder of The Well Society and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

My journey with food began from eating whatever I wanted, to slowly understanding the importance of healthy and intuitive eating. That is when I realized that beneficial effects of the food and knew I wanted to learn even more about it.

To create the foundation for my nutrition education I received my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from California State University, Long Beach. I went on to complete a Master of Science in Nutrition for Wellness at Bastyr University. I am also certified in Integrative and Functional Nutrition.

I gained this education to be able to teach others the importance of nutrition and guide them on the path to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

The Well Society is a space created for those seeking ALL things wellness to be able to reach their goals and gain nutrition knowledge.
